About the Bloom Within - Enchanting U-Pick Experience for your mind, body and soul:
This is for one Kiddo to join us on August 10th 2024 from 10-12:30pm for our family floral fun with movement! We’ve got all the details planned out for a family morning on our farm enjoying the blooms and taking them home.
Come with your partner and/or kiddo for a morning of immersive U-Pick with Movement. We’ll begin the morning by grounding ourselves, connecting with the soil and earth, through an all levels yoga led by Jess and her partner, Ian. This practice will include
Breath work
Yoga games
Family poses
Relaxation
Once we are prepared to harvest the beautiful bounty produced by the land, you will wander through our secret garden to u-pick a bouquet of flowers for floral crafts. Extend your family morning by bringing a picnic to enjoy afterwards.
Reminder: Kiddo needs to at least be able to walk and must be accompanied by an adult. Each person will need to reserve their own spot. Please bring mats if you have them and/or a large blanket.
